Our mission at ME Family Service is to activate the potential within Mangere to create positive change in the community. Over the years, we have successfully [supported vulnerable children and families with food, shelter and clothing, provided accessible Early Childhood Education with a Zero Fee Policy.
We have coordinated taiao initiatives and events for and with the community. These programmes have been educating, promoting, and advocating the importance of proper waste disposal, preservation of our local streams and ngahere, and supporting native species’ thriving without the threat of invasive pests, diseases and marine intruders via our Pest-Free Program. We recognize that there is still much work to be done. With corporate support, we can expand our reach and impact, touching the lives of even more individuals and families in our community.
